Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 hot pepper, chopped
1/2 large sweet pepper, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
2/3 c. cooking oil
Preparation
-
Mix all except cheese.
Pour half of batter in greased frying pan, sprinkle cheese over all and add rest of batter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
