Best Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stir with spoon until mixed well. Pour into preheated iron skillet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
