Oven-Fried Shark - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh shark fillets
    1/2 c. rich milk
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. basil
    1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Wipe fillets with damp cloth.
    Pour milk into small mixing bowl.
    Add salt, pepper and basil.
    Stir well.
    Dip each fillet in seasoned milk then in bread crumbs.
    Arrange in buttered shallow baking dish and pour melted butter on fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
