Sweet Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 can sweet potatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Make a custard using the juice from the pineapple, salt, sugar, flour, butter, and egg yolks.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened.
    Mash sweet potatoes in dish.
    Add thickened custard to potatoes.
    Make a meringue using left over egg whites.
    Add sugar to taste.
    Cook in oven until meringue darkens between 325-350\u00b0, depending on your oven.
    Marshmallows can be used in place of egg whites.
