Old Fashioned Oven Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    10 oz. bacon or Canadian bacon
Preparation
    In bowl combine flour and half of milk.
    Beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating.
    Stir in rest of milk.
    Set aside for a short time while preparing bacon.
    Cut bacon into small strips or cubes.
    Saute lightly in a skillet.
    Distribute bacon bits in an ovenproof casserole and pour pancake batter over it.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until set and golden brown.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve warm.
