Sho-Nuff Cajun Slurp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shelled shrimp
    12 small fresh crabs, cleaned and halved
    6 Tbsp. fat or bacon drippings
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Heat fat or bacon drippings in heavy skillet.
    Add flour to make roux.
    Add other vegetables and cook until soft, about 25 minutes.
