Pie Crust Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. shortening
5 lb. pastry flour
3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all together until crumbly.
Put in airtight container; keep in a cool place.
Use 1 1/2 cups mix and 2 to 3 tablespoons water for 1 pie crust.
Very quick and simple!
