Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Hormel chili (without beans)
1 lb. Velveeta (I use lite)
1 can green chilies, chopped
Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Cut Velveeta into pieces.
Put all ingredients into Pyrex or Corning Ware covered casserole.
Heat slowly in oven or on Low in microwave until cheese is melted.
Stir often while heating.
