Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red kidney beans
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    5 stalks celery, chopped
    8 to 10 c. water
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    3 medium onions, chopped
    salt meat, ham or bacon
Preparation
    Wash beans and place in large pot with water and seasoning meat and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add garlic, celery, onion, bell pepper and continue cooking an additional 1/2 hour or until tender.
    Add cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Serves 10.
