Apple Cheese Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 pkg. flaky biscuits
    3 or 4 Granny Smith apples
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    caramel ice cream topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a small bowl.
    Mix until smooth.
    Set aside.
    Separate and layer biscuits on a cookie sheet.
    Flatten with hands or a rolling pin.
    Peel, core and chop apples.
    Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over biscuits.
    Top with chopped apples.
    Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
    Drizzle caramel topping over top.
    Bake 15 minutes or until biscuits are browned.
