Super Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown rice (Konrico)
    4 c. chicken bouillon (4 c. water/4 cubes)
    1 c. whole or sliced mushrooms or 1 can, drained
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Spray casserole dish; put rice, bouillon, mushroom and/or vegetables.
    Stir.
    Put chicken on top.
    Put soup mix on top or mix with rice.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
