Fresh Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion
5 to 6 peppers
1 tsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Chop all vegetables.
Add vinegar and salt.
Mix well and place in glass quart jar with tight lid.
This will last in the refrigerator a month.
The longer it sets the better it gets.
The peppers to use depends on how hot you want it.
