Muffalata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. black olives, chopped
1 c. green olives, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
black pepper to taste
1 (10-inch) bun
2 oz. thin mortadella
2 oz. thin smoked turkey
2 oz. Genoa salami
2 oz. Mozzarella
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients and set aside.
Split bun in half.
Layer one half with meats, then spread with olive mixture. Top with cheese.
Put top on bun; cut in half and enjoy.
