Microwave English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 pkg. active yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. milk plus 1/2 c. water (120~ to 130~)
additional 2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix together flour, yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda.
Add milk plus water.
Mix well with mixer.
Add additional flour; beat. Divide into 2 greased pans that have been sprinkled with corn meal. Sprinkle top with corn meal.
Set in oven with pan of warm water to rise about 40 to 45 minutes.
Bake each loaf in microwave 6 1/2 minutes.
Rest 5 minutes and remove.
Can add fruit, nuts or herbs.
