Jalapeno Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans white Shoepeg corn, drained
1/2 stick margarine
6 oz. cream cheese
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped or to taste
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Melt cream cheese, milk and margarine in saucepan.
Remove from heat and add corn and peppers.
Stir well.
Pour into greased pan.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika.
Bake until heated through.
