Jim Wogan'S T V 6 Big Board Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans Campbell's nacho cheese soup
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 pkg. shredded cheese
    1 large jar picante sauce
    1 bottle squeeze margarine or vegetable oil
    chopped lettuce (optional)
    chopped black olives (optional)
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in skillet.
    Pour in 1/2 jar of picante sauce. Wrap a portion of beef with a portion of shredded cheese in each tortilla.
    Place filled tortillas (1-inch apart) on a lightly greased, shallow cookie sheet.
    Lightly brush tops of filled tortillas with squeeze margarine or vegetable oil and place in oven.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, until slightly browned and crisp.
