Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cooked rice
    dash of garlic
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Combine
    ground
    beef,\tcelery\tand onion; microwave on High for 5 minutes, stir once.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except frozen
    peas and chow mein noodles.
    Microwave on High for\t3 minutes, covered.
    Lower power to 80% and microwave for 6
    to 8 minutes.
    Add frozen peas.\tSprinkle chow mein noodles over top of casserole.\tMicrowave 1 minute on High, uncovered.
