Pork Speidies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cubed pork
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. parsley
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic
    2/3 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except meat in large bowl.
    Mix with pork cubes.
    Marinate overnight or more.
    Place meat on skewers and barbecue until done.
