Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs into sugar, one at a time.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add with oil and sugar mixture.
Add carrots and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in a well greased pan.
