Homemade Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, quartered and skinned
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onions, chopped
    10 c. water
    4 bouillon cubes (chicken)
    1 tsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring water to boil.
    Add chicken.
    When water boils again, add veggies and bouillon cubes; bring to boil again.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Add parsley.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with noodles or rice.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
