Cantonese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken wings
    1 c. soy sauce
    2 jars jr. apricots
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Line 17 x 11-inch cookie sheet with foil.
    Mix sauce ingredients and spread over chicken.
    Marinate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
