Saffron Rice(Recipe From The Club Meeting'S Herbal Luncheon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. saffron
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring broth to a boil.
    Add rice and spices.
    Reduce heat to lowest possible setting, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until done.
