Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pitted and peeled avocados (ripe)
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 small carton cottage cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well; refrigerate and use when hungry for good Mexican food or just to eat with chips.
