Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 c. Diced Bananas
1-1/2 c. Butter flavored Wesson Oil
3 lg. Eggs
1 8 oz. Can of Crushed Pineapple
1 c. Chopped Nuts
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation

Sift together in a large blow:
Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Salt and Cinnamon, mix well.
Add Diced Bananas, Butter Flavored Oil. Beat 3 Eggs well and add to bowl.
Stir in gently Crushed Pineapple, Chopped Nuts and 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla.
Bake in a greased and Floured Bundt Pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
