Glaze For Ham Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. maple syrup
    2 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil ingredients (syrup, mustard and butter) in heavy saucepan until reduced about 1/3, about 3 minutes.
    Broil ham in sauce until hot or about 1 minute.
    Turn.
    Spread with glaze and broil until other side is hot.
    Cut and serve.
