Mushroom Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 doz. small patty shells
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat butter in skillet; add onion and cook until yellow.
    Add mushrooms; cook about 3 minutes.
    Sprinkle in seasonings and flour.
    Stir.
    Add sour cream; cook and stir until thickened. Cool.
    Fill tarts and bake 10 to 15 minutes in 450\u00b0 preheated oven.
    Can be made ahead, baked or frozen and heated when needed. Makes 2 dozen tarts.
