Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 lb. lean ground pork
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Soak bread crumbs and milk for 5 minutes in a large mixing bowl.
    Combine meats, salt and eggs with bread crumbs and mix well.
    Stir in onion, celery, green pepper, garlic and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
    Pack into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan; shape to leave a fingers width between meat and pan.
