Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    flour
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Accent
    1/2 tsp. oregano, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. basil, crumbled
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. sherry
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in flour; brown in olive oil until golden. Season and place chicken in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add tomatoes to skillet and stir to deglaze pan.
    Add salt, garlic, Accent, oregano, basil and pepper.
    Spread mushrooms over chicken.
    Pour tomato mixture over chicken and mushrooms.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Pour sherry over top.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serve with Fettucine Alfredo.
