Hong Kong Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Brown
    beef and onion in skillet over medium heat.
    Add remaining
    ingredients.
    May
    cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes
    or
    place\tin
    casserole
    and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
