Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cream-style corn
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
Preparation

Beat egg yolks stiff and lemon colored.
Add remaining ingredients; mix.
Set heat selector at 400\u00b0.
Drop spoonfuls into hot Crisco.
Fry 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with syrup.
(Dip in syrup.)
