Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. hot milk (canned milk)
    2 c. hot water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    sprinkle of nutmeg
    1 large deep (10-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy, then add sugar, salt, milk, hot water and vanilla.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg and bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0, then at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
