Seafood Lasagna - cooking recipe

8 oz. noodles
1 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. crushed basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 lb. cooked shrimp, halved
1 (7 oz.) can flaked crab
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Cook noodles; drain, arranging half in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Saut onions in butter until tender. Blend in cream cheese. Stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper. Spread half atop of noodles. Combine soup, milk and wine, then stir in shrimp and crab. Spread one-half over cottage cheese layer. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes more. Let stand at least 15 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
