Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Gradually add milk to flour and when smooth, add eggs and salt.
    (Best when with an egg beater.)
    Pour melted butter or beef drippings 1/2-inch thick over bottom of 2 bread pans.
    Pour half of mixture in each pan.
    Bake in a hot oven, 400\u00b0, for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes longer.
    Cut in squares and serve with roast beef.
