Italian Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or shortening
    1 onion, sliced into rings
    1 lb. zucchini, sliced (2 to 3 c.)
    1 (14 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of oregano
    dash of basil
Preparation
    Heat butter in medium skillet.
    Cook onion rings in butter until yellow.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover.
    Lower heat to simmer.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender. Yields 4 servings.
