Eggs Seymour - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices white bread, crusts removed
    Canadian bacon, cooked and broken up
    8 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    3 c. milk
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Lay 8 slices bread flat in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan. On top of each slice, put Canadian bacon and 1 slice of sharp Cheddar cheese.
    Place remaining 8 slices of bread over cheese. Beat ingredients 4 to 10 together and pour this mixture over bread; let stand overnight covered in refrigerator.
    Melt 1/4 pound margarine and drizzle over top; cover with 1 cup crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
