Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tri-color spiral pasta, cooked
    1 lb. cooked shrimp, cut in halves
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced black olives
    1/2 c. sliced green olives with pimento
    8 scallions (green onions), chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 small yellow onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Hanover chickpeas, drained
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli (or fresh), steamed and chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. minced oregano
    lemon or lime juice of 2 or 3 lemons
    1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
    1 Tbsp. green hot pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare the garlic sauce:
    Crush the garlic, salt and cilantro with a mortar and pestle to a paste; mix in the lemon juice and olive oil.
