Luscious Apricot Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. soft butter or oleo
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cover apricots with water and boil 10 minutes or until soft. Cool and chop into fairly small pieces.
Mix together the butter, sugar and 1 cup flour.
Press into bottom of an 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
