Turkey Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey carcass
    8 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. celery with leaves
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. parsley
    3 Tbsp. pearl barley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Cook turkey carcass in water for 1 1/2 hours.
    Strain and refrigerate.
    Clear fat off cold broth.
    Return to heat and add the remaining ingredients.
    Cook 1/2 hour longer.
