Microwave Oven-Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. chicken, cut up
1 pkg. seasoned coating mix (for chicken)

Preparation

Coat chicken with coating mix according to directions. Arrange chicken in an 8-inch glass dish with meatier portions toward the edges. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on High 16 to 18 minutes or until done.
