Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 strips bacon
2 eggs
2 cans corn (whole kernel or your choice), drained, except for 1/4 c.
Ritz crackers (one sleeve from box)
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp; chop in small bits.
Drain oil from pan.
Add eggs and corn and mix.
Roll crackers in foil with rolling pin until crushed.
Press on top of other ingredients.
Melt margarine and sprinkle over crackers.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
