Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well with beaters.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture along with nuts.
    Divide batter into two loaves.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
