Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. grated cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 can creamed corn
1/2 small hot pepper (optional)
1 chopped green pepper
2 c. meal
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix all together and pour into large greased pan or two skillets.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
