Crab Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large baking potatoes
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. crabmeat, cooked
1/4 c. butter
4 tsp. finely chopped onions
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Bake potatoes until done. Split in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp.
Reserve shells.
Mash potato pulp with butter, milk, onion and salt until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Stir in grated cheese and crabmeat.
Fill shells with mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
