Texas Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 1/4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 c. flour
    1/2 oz. cumin seed
    2 oz. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 oz. paprika
    3 qt. beef stock (hot)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown the meat, garlic and onion in a 400\u00b0 oven for 3/4 hour, or until well browned.
    Stir frequently.
    Add flour; blend well. Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Cover; lower heat to 350\u00b0 and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
