Margaret'S Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
    1 small onion, chopped
    Ritz crackers
    butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes after bringing to boil (no salt). Mix all other ingredients together.
    Add well drained broccoli. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
