Feather Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Put yeast in warm water and set aside.
    Beat eggs until light and add yeast.
    Mix sugar, salt and shortening until crumbly like pie crust, then add 3 cups flour and egg mixture.
    Mix well and add the other cup of flour.
    Work in well.
    Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Divide into thirds.
    Roll out to 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut into triangles and roll from large to small end and place on a greased cookie sheet and let raise for 3 hours.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Yield:
    3 dozen.
