Chili From Aunt Willie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. fat, melted
    3 lb. chili meat or hamburger
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. comino seed (optional)
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (No. 2) can crushed tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown meat in fat and add flour, comino seed, paprika, red pepper and chili powder.
    Put into large pot and add remaining ingredients.
    Cover with water and cook slowly 3 to 4 hours.
