German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. sliced apples
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat until fluffy oil and eggs.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Fold in nuts and apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
