Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Brush baking sheet with butter. Combine flour, soda and salt; mix well.
Add buttermilk; mix. Turn onto lightly floured board.
Pat into circular loaf, 8-inches round x 1 1/2-inches thick.
Cut x into top of loaf, 1/2-inch deep.
Bake 45 minutes.
