Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1/2 green pepper
    6 small carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Shred the vegetables.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Let stand 1 hour. Drain mix if water accumulates.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil 3 minutes.
    Pour over cabbage mixture. Stir well.
    Freeze in plastic bags or chill overnight to serve. Freezes up to 3 months.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
